Frequently Asked Questions
General
What is EasyAudit Fixer?
EasyAudit Fixer is a service that automatically generates code fixes for issues detected by EasyAudit Premium. It analyzes audit results and provides ready-to-apply patches to resolve problems in your Magento 2 codebase.
How do credits work?
Credits are used to generate fixes. Each fix request consumes credits based on the complexity of the correction. You purchase credit packs, and they are deducted as you use the service. Unused credits remain available until they expire.
How long do credits last?
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused credits expire and cannot be recovered or refunded.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and bank cards, PayPal, Bancontact, and iDEAL through our payment provider Mollie. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once credits have been purchased. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact us and we will review your case.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes, invoices are automatically generated for each purchase and sent to your registered email address. You can also download invoices from your account dashboard.
Technical
How do I install EasyAudit CLI?
EasyAudit CLI is distributed as a standalone PHAR file (~165KB) with zero dependencies. Download it from our GitHub releases page. You can also use our Docker image (ghcr.io/crealoz/easyaudit:latest) or clone the repository and run directly from the bin folder.
How do I use my API key?
Your API key is available in your account dashboard after purchase. Pass it to the CLI using the --key option or set the EASYAUDIT_API_KEY environment variable. For GitHub Actions, store it as a repository secret.
How do I use EasyAudit with GitHub Actions?
We provide a ready-to-use Docker image for CI/CD. Configure a workflow that runs the easyaudit scan command with SARIF output, then upload results to GitHub Code Scanning. Issues appear directly in your pull requests. See our documentation for complete workflow examples.
What output formats are available?
EasyAudit supports three output formats: text (default, for console), JSON (for tooling and scripting), and SARIF (for GitHub Code Scanning integration).
What Magento versions are supported?
EasyAudit CLI supports auditing Magento 2.4.x codebases. The CLI requires PHP 8.1 or higher to run.
Why am I getting a "connection refused", "banned", or "account suspended" error?
There are two types of blocks that may prevent you from using EasyAudit Fixer:
**IP Ban:** Your IP address may have been temporarily blocked by our security system. This happens when our servers detect unusual activity, such as repeated invalid API keys, malformed requests, or patterns that resemble automated attacks.
**Account Suspension:** Your account may have been suspended due to a violation of our terms of service or for other security reasons. When suspended, you will see a message explaining the reason when attempting to log in.
IP bans are temporary and typically lift automatically after a short period. Account suspensions require manual review.
If you believe either happened in error, please contact us via https://shop.crealoz.fr/contact. For IP bans, include your IP address. For account suspensions, include your registered email address. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
To avoid future blocks, ensure your API key is correctly configured and avoid running scripts that make rapid repeated requests with invalid credentials.
